Drawed' Through is a collaborative exhibition created in partnership with Canadian pattern designer Kate Golding for DesignTO festival 2026.
‘Drawed’ Through’ is a local term in Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland & Labrador, used to describe when someone or something is particularly well put together; wearing one’s best clothing, using the finest tableware at dinner, putting your best foot forward.

This piece blends together the two artists’ interests of Newfoundland’s architecture and landscape to produce a custom mirrored and wallpapered art piece comprising 27 mirrors. The mirrors are adorned with floral wallpapers, traditional Newfoundland paint colours, and symbols used in the decoration and details of local buildings.
Woodworking completed by Bonavista Creative Workshop in Bonavista, Newfoundland & Labrador.
Wallpaper production by WYNIL in Montreal, Quebec.
